MiniGames - Terms of Service

Welcome to MiniGames, a Discord bot that provides a range of interactive minigames. By adding or using the bot in your server, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MiniGames you agree to these Terms and to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Use of the Bot

MiniGames lets you play games such as Connect 4, Tic Tac Toe, Blackjack, cricket, and various word and number games. The bot is free to use in any Discord server. By using MiniGames, you agree that:

  • You will not abuse, exploit, or misuse the bot in any way.
  • You will not use the bot for illegal activity or break the rules of Discord or any other platform.

3. Bot Availability

MiniGames is provided as is. We do not guarantee uptime or availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical problems may cause downtime without notice, and we are not responsible for any disruption this causes.

4. Data and Privacy

MiniGames stores some data to run its features, including your Discord user ID, username, and game scores, which power leaderboards and profiles. See the Privacy Policy for the full list and for how to request deletion. We do not share your data with third parties without consent, except as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Limitations of Liability

MiniGames is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the bot, including:

  • Loss of data.
  • Server problems or conflicts.
  • Disruptions to gameplay or server activities.
  • Legal issues arising from use of the bot.

6. Termination

We may remove or restrict access to the bot at any time, without notice, for a breach of these Terms or for any other reason.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. If we do, we will announce it through the bot or the support server. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
