Minigames Bot - Terms of Service

Welcome to Minigames, a Discord bot designed to provide users with a variety of interactive minigames. By adding or using the Minigames bot in your server, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the bot.

3. Bot Availability

Minigames is offered as-is, and we do not guarantee its uptime or availability at all times. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may lead to downtime without prior notice. We are not responsible for any disruption or inconvenience caused by the bot's unavailability.

4. Data and Privacy

Minigames does not store any personal data permanently. However, temporary data may be processed in order to deliver the minigames or bot functionality (e.g., user IDs for game interaction). You can request the removal of any data collected by the bot by contacting us.

5. Limitations of Liability

Minigames is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the bot, including but not limited to:
